May God be gracious to us and bless us and make his face shine upon us, that your ways may be known on earth, your salvation among the nations.
Trinity/Hope – Through the Lutheran schools in Haiti, Haitian school children are fed in body and in soul as they come to know Jesus their Savior. They are Your instruments Lord, in reaching entire families and others who do not know You. Lord, empower these Your children with your words that many come to Your kingdom.

Missionary Household Setup - LBT becomes personal to us in the person of Rev. Chris LaBoube who is preparing to work in Ghana. Praise God Rev. La Boube will be commissioned to begin full-time service with LBT at Zion Lutheran Church, Poplar Bluff. MO on June 5th. Shortly after he will leave for Accra, Ghana. We praise God for providing the necessary funds for Rev. LaBoube.

Developing Religious Life Curriculum for God’s People With Developmental Disabilities continues to work toward providing a comprehensive, religious life curriculum for teaching God’s Word to His special people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

King’s Camp at Lutheran Valley Retreat is preparing to receive 60 young people for summer camp. As these young people face physical challenges counselors will relate those challenges to walking with Jesus, so all who attend will continue a relationship with Jesus, developing a respect for themselves, others and God’s creation.

Training Pastors for Gospel Outreach in Africa is the instrument God is using to provide well-trained, biblically solid, missional pastors. They are uniquely qualified to overcome cultural and political barriers for the purpose of bringing God’s Word to the French-speaking and English-speaking Africa.
May the nations be glad and sing for joy, for you rule the peoples justly and guide the nations of the earth.
Expansion of the Ministry of the Lutheran Hispanic Missionary Institute, El Paso, TX is being used by God to reach out to the Spanish-speaking people of Hispanic heritage in our district. The institute on the campus of Ysleta Lutheran Mission will graduate the first group prepared to serve as deacons, in 2011. Male students may continue studies for pastoral ministry via the St. Louis seminary.

Opening an Outreach Center in Ft. Collins, CO – Lutheran Blind Mission, one of 60 plus outreach centers, through the networking of unchurched blind people with blind Christians supported by sighted volunteers, reaches out to demonstrate God’s love to the blind and visually impaired.

Support for the University Lutheran Chapel in Boulder, CO aids an ever-changing congregation of students and faculty passing through their educational experience and being touched by Jesus’ love through a cup of coffee, use of a piano or organ, inclusion in Worship services and Bible studies.

Veterans of the Cross reaches out to faithful church workers in their time of need or hardship. LC-MS World Relief and Human Care is the arm of the church that works through the Concordia Plan to assist our retired workers in need. Funding depends completely on individual, congregational, and faithful groups of Lutherans to assist those who have faithfully served us over the years.
Then the land will yield its harvest and God, our God will bless us.
Mission Outreach to Immigrants from Ethiopia (Aurora, CO) is the dream of Vicar Tomas Bayou, himself an Ethiopian immigrant. Launching a congregation and ministry reaching out to the second generation of Ethiopian immigrants through a Christ-centered childcare center and ministry that shares the Good News of Jesus. Vicar Bayou desires to plant a Lutheran congregation to serve God’s people.

Rocky Mountain District - Debt Assistance Program was established at the RMD convention in 1997 with an endowment fund to help new pastors repay debt incurred during their seminary training. Since the cost of higher education increases faster than every other component of the cost of living except medical care, we are privileged to assist pastors in providing relief from the monetary concerns while demonstrating a love for them as they bring us the gospel of Jesus and announce to us His forgivness.
God will bless us, and all the ends of the earth will fear him.
Scholarship Assistance to Students Preparing for Ethnic Ministry assists in preparing trained church workers to reach out with the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a continually growing diverse population of immigrants in our district. Students in need of financial support reside in our district and desire to serve using their mission and ministry skills in the specialized mission fields of our district.
