The Servant Resources Department consists of the Leader Development Committee, Structure Committee, Committee on Young Women, Teen LWML and Mission-Ministry Vision Consultants. Each committee exists to encourage and enable leaders and members of the LWML to effectively “Serve the Lord with Gladness.” |

The Mission-Ministry Vision Consultant program is designed to assist women in LCMS congregations to involve women in meaningful mission opportunities. Mary is a trained consultant for the Rocky Mountain District LWML. She can offer guidance and support in exploring various structures, assist in sharpening group focus and help redefine women's groups to meet challenges facing today's women.
